Intramural

What to expect

​

- Games typically start the first Saturday after Labor Day
- Intramural games are played on Saturday mornings, usually between 8 am and 11am 
- Red Hook Intramural starts with u4 (players turning 4 after the following January, for example: fall 2023 season includes u4 players born in 2020)
- Intramural teams practice once a week for 30 minutes to one hour depending on the age of the team (u4 may focus on Saturdays)
- The coach is a parent's primary contact for game schedule, practice schedule, and other expectations and questions
- Intramural games do not keep score
- No trash talking is tolerated. 
- Parents are requested not to coach from the sidelines or yell at players (of course cheering is okay).
